I’ve always used pads until today, but there are a lot of people who say tampons feel cleaner and more comfortable. I want to try it out, but on the other hand, it’s hard to give up something I’m used to. Do you really think tampons are better? Will I have trouble using them?
I was like you at first, I always used pads, then one day I decided to try tampons in the summer. It’s surprisingly comfortable, I really found it useful while swimming and stuff. At first, it’s a little tricky to use, but you get used to it.
If you are going to use a tampon, start with mini sizes for light flow or when just starting. These brands usually have ones with applicators, which you’ll find more comfortable. You might struggle a bit on the first try, but keep at it.
There are reasons for preferring tampons in terms of comfort and cleanliness, but caution is necessary as they can also increase the risk of infection. They should be used for a maximum of 4-6 hours, and the possibility of risks such as toxic shock syndrome should be considered.
By the way, I should add that I have a feeling like you’re messing with the bumper a lot. Do I need to read the instructions on the box carefully? Timing and stuff seems strange.
You mentioned swimming; have you ever had any issues with that? How long can you actually stay still in the sea with a buoy?
I might have stayed away thinking that they always say things like “only those who use the buffer stay inside.” Is there really no chance of getting lost?
There is definitely no such thing as something getting lost inside because the vagina is a certain length, and tampons are designed to be removable with a string. As long as the string stays securely in place, it won’t get lost.
I don’t understand why people are so scared to try it. If the pad does its job, just keep using it. I don’t get those who suggest this bumper as if it’s some incredible thing.
As a man, I’ve always heard that women who use tampons are more comfortable in the summer, but since most men don’t understand these topics, they can make ridiculous comments. I think these kinds of things should be assessed entirely on their own comfort.
