I just realized that a guy has been following me since I got off the metro when I entered my home. I honestly don’t even know how I opened the apartment door and got inside, my hands are still shaking. The streets have really started to feel unsafe, and we’re scared to go out once it gets dark. What do you do in such a situation? Does anyone carry pepper spray or something, does it really work?

1I swear sometimes when everyone gets off the metro and walks in the same direction, it feels a bit unsettling for a moment, but honestly, most of the time it’s just a coincidence. I mean, I wouldn’t jump to the worst conclusions immediately.
