I'm really embarrassed in front of the doctor, how can I relax?

I think you should go directly to a gynecologist; female doctors are usually more sensitive about this. If you say openly, 'I'm going for such an exam for the first time, I'm a bit anxious,' they will behave more calmly accordingly. Initially, they will do a general check-up anyway; they might ask for an ultrasound or something like that, and everything will continue based on what you tell them and your consent.

That's not how it works... The doctor does whatever is necessary, but it's completely up to your consent. They can use ultrasound, of course, but in some cases, a physical exam is essential. If you speak openly, they won't force anything on you, but there can be no guarantee that "they won't touch you at all."

What kind of logic is that! You want to get an examination, but you don't want anything to be done? Then why are you even going to the doctor? I think this is just an excuse to avoid taking care of your health. You're just stressing yourself out with hearsay.
