I can't decide about aesthetics, do you think it's necessary?

I always feel incomplete because of my cheekbones. Everyone looks extremely beautiful on social media, so I've seriously started thinking about getting fillers. But I'm also scared of what if I don't like it or if something goes wrong. Do you think it's worth it, or should I just stick with my natural look?

I had the same issue; I always felt uncomfortable because my cheekbones were very flat. I had fillers done, and for the first 1-2 weeks, it was extremely swollen and I felt regret. But once it settled, it looked very natural. If you can handle that process, I would say go for it.

The feeling of insecurity is really awful, I understand you. Especially on Instagram, everyone looks smooth and with prominent cheekbones. But the part about not liking yourself is also a serious issue. There are places that do before-and-after simulations, have you ever checked those out?

So are you really thinking about social media? Because in my opinion, that "everyone looks good" part feels a bit like an excuse. If you try to do what everyone else is doing there, you'll feel like you're missing out on something forever, for sure 🥲

I'm not a plastic surgeon, but as a psychologist, I can say this: Social media often deepens issues related to self-confidence. You might get fillers, but it's very likely that you'll fixate on something else. If you want, take a look at your emotional roots a bit.

Let me add that I actually don't want a huge difference, I was thinking of something like light shaping. But for example, if someone around me makes a negative comment, I get affected right away, and that makes me think even more.

To be honest, getting into aesthetics at such a young age is very wrong. And since you mentioned it from the beginning, saying 'the environment will be affected,' I think you shouldn't pursue it at all. You will struggle throughout your life just because people will talk. You need to stop seeking approval from society.
