The last time I went to the hairdresser, they cut exactly 10 cm at my appointment, and I was in total shock. Right now, I'm hiding everywhere in a messy state. There's no going back, I don't know how to explain this situation to my family. Do you think I should use this hairdresser again or should I go somewhere else?

the same happened to me, I said 5 cm and 15 cm went off. in short, I changed my hairdresser.

@yazipsildim actually not the first time, it hasn't managed to hit the tone I wanted before, but I'm experiencing such a serious situation for the first time.
@kahvebitmeden, but you probably couldn't explain it directly either; hairdressers are very prone to misunderstandings.
In such cases, it's important to communicate clearly and directly with the hairdresser, both in writing and verbally. Showing photos, etc. But I think at this point, it would be more sensible to get it fixed by another hairdresser 🙄
So, does that 10 cm really seem excessive or does it feel that way just because you're not used to it? Maybe if you give it a little time and try to shape it, it could leave a different impression. Have you thought about calmly trying it out a couple of times before going somewhere else, even if it feels really bad?
