The hairdresser cut my hair too short, how can I fix it?

I told my hairdresser, whom I always go to, to "just trim the ends," and my hair literally ended up above my neck. I cried so much, I can't even explain. What should I do to grow it out again? On the other hand, I'm also wondering if short hair might turn into a new style for me. What should I do, how can I see the new look?

Sweetheart, if they did the same thing to me, I would have immediately looked for another hairdresser. They're not all the same, but I've realized this: even when they say "just take off the ends," you shouldn't trust them without looking. Don't go back to that guy; find someone who can style your short hair nicely right away 🙂

Well, this "short hair suits you" myth from hairdressers never disappoints. They did the same to a friend of mine, but she got a voluminous style, and it turned out amazing. You should try some curls or something; even if you don't get it cut, just style it a bit, it’ll boost your mood.

I think you're overdoing it a bit. First of all, short hair never goes out of style, so why not give that look a chance? Having long hair all the time is boring anyway; this change might even give you a new burst of energy.

One of the most effective methods for hair growth is to adjust your diet and explore biotin supplements. But if you're looking for a quick fix, you can do regular massages with hair oils, especially at night. With the right products, it will definitely improve; you just need a bit of patience.

Thanks everyone, it seems like I've decided to try a new model. I played around a bit with the curling iron, and it turned out not too bad actually. But I'll still check out some oils and stuff for growth, I'll follow your suggestions. I wish I had paid attention from the beginning...

Honestly, no matter how careful you are at the hairdresser, there's no turning back after it's cut. Still, isn’t crying a bit much? After all, it’s just hair; it grows back. I think you should try to make peace with your new style, there’s more to life.
