The hairdresser ruined my hair, would fixing it make it worse?

Yesterday, I went to the hairdresser just to get my ends trimmed, and they literally cut my hair super short. Now I can't look in the mirror or go outside. This short hair does not suit me at all. Should I dye it again and maybe get a style to fix it, or do you think that would make it worse? Or should I just wait and try to grow it out?

Ahh, my dear, I once went to get my ends trimmed too, and my hair ended up at shoulder length. I cried all night, I felt so bad... But then I got a curling iron and started making waves, it was short again but it looked nice. Still, get well soon.

I think you should wait. Even if you think of a nice model, your hair is already short right now, cutting it more will only make it even shorter. Once it grows out a bit, you can style it. Don't rush into dyeing it either; it will only damage your hair further.

Dude, the same thing happened to our Sude last month. She just went and got bangs, even though there were all those short styles and stuff. I think you should get used to this first, then once it grows out a bit, you'll find a qualified hairdresser.

Last month, a friend of mine also went to the hairdresser, and the guy literally said, "You'll love it once you get used to it," and he gave her a bob cut. I laughed at that moment, but then I thought about it; it was a tragedy. Look, I'm getting annoyed again.

I experienced the same thing last summer. We were in Antalya, and I said to the new hairdresser to be bold, to go for the ends, and she did something pixie-style. I was in shock. I bought a box dye and went for a darker color, but this time it looked really fake. So, waiting seems better for you, otherwise you'll regret it twice.

A short cut followed by immediate processing for correction can negatively affect hair health. A new dye or another chemical intervention may lead to breakage due to the damaged ends. It's important for the hair to recover and rest a bit. I recommend being meticulous when choosing a hairdresser.

Thank you for the suggestions. Actually, I could also use your hairdresser recommendations; I was checking out a couple of places but I'm not sure. If you know someone good in Istanbul, it would be great if you could let me know.

But a person asks around before going to a hairdresser, learns who cuts how. After all, hair is a woman's most important adornment. Everyone in the neighborhood pays attention to these things. You should also choose someone well-known rather than randomly next time.
