Hey girls, I’ve been working at an agency for about six months now, but the woman at the desk next to me has really made my life miserable. She’s a bit more senior than me, so she meddles in everything I do, constantly giving corrections and stuff, but she’s not my boss. Today, when she criticized my work in front of everyone, I lost it. Honestly, I’m at a loss about what to do because if I quit, I won’t get any severance. How do you deal with people like this? Should I ignore her or should I stand up to her? I’m not sure.
