Does the patron only prefer male employees?

There are many women like me in the workplace, but my boss always gives more chances to men. Ever since I heard that he prefers male employees for a project, it’s been eating away at me. What should I do in this situation, how can we change this? I’m afraid to speak up, maybe I’m scared of being fired.

I had a boss like that at my old workplace too; he would always assign projects to the men. He was indifferent to whatever the women said, and finally, when resignations started, he got his act together.

how do you know this for sure? who said that you give chances to men?

@kahvebitmeden people are talking among themselves, and it is clearly visible in the divisions of labor; they always choose men for the projects.

I’m sorry, I don’t understand, but you seem pretty scared, enough not to object. Why are you being so passive? The moment you say something, if they get angry, it’s over.

This is a serious situation regarding discrimination. First of all, talk to the other women there and clearly express that you are disturbed. If necessary, you can get support from labor laws, but you cannot make your voices heard without being organized.

if no one is making a sound, then there is nothing to be done.
