I think my Patronus unfairly controlled me

Lately, I feel like my boss is constantly watching me at work. It’s as if they’re monitoring all my movements, and this makes me uncomfortable. Do you think such an oppressive attitude is normal? What approach should I take regarding this?

There was someone like that at my old workplace too. They were constantly watching through the camera and interfering in silly ways. In the end, I couldn’t stand it anymore and said to their face that I was uncomfortable.

How did you notice that you were being watched? Did they outright say that they were watching, or do you just feel it?

@kahvebitmeden didn’t say it directly, but he keeps walking around the office and looking at my computer screen and such. He didn’t used to do this as much before.

Why are you staying silent? Just say clearly that you’re uncomfortable. The more you stay quiet, the more they will come at you.

In such situations, you might want to consider gathering written evidence first. If they are really constantly watching you and disrupting your work routine, this could fall under mobbing. You have rights under labor law, so I recommend consulting a lawyer.

to be honest, it’s not normal.
