Reglim is 15 days late, I'm scared to go to the doctor

This is the longest delay I've ever experienced in my life. I wondered if it might be stress or something, but I'm too scared to even take a test. I can't tell my family right away; they'll misunderstand immediately. I'm thinking that I should go to a gynecologist, but what if something really bad comes up? What do you think I should do? Have you ever experienced something like this?

I had a similar thing happen to me too, I was about 20 days late. I thought it was just stress, but then I was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome. At first, going to the doctor seems scary, but once you go, you feel relieved. Definitely don't put it off.

When the Reglin is delayed, that feeling of stress literally grows like an avalanche inside a person, I understand very well. But the fear that something bad will come out also paralyzes you; that dilemma is incredibly exhausting. I think even a simple test could ease you a bit.

So, has it ever been delayed this much before? Or at least, have there been any other symptoms? For example, swelling in the abdomen, chest pain, something like that?

It's officially been 15 days, I think you're a bit late. How much longer are you going to postpone this out of fear? You can't know without getting tested. If you think they'll misunderstand or something, you won't be able to go to the doctor anyway.

It's not correct to say that hormonal irregularity is very normal. Of course, it can happen occasionally, but a 15-day delay is not considered normal. First, you need to do a test at home to understand your situation, then you should see either an endocrinologist or a gynecologist. Even if it’s due to stress, you can't be completely sure.

Actually, I thought about getting tested, but I was hesitant to go into the pharmacy. Also, I'm sometimes experiencing pain in my abdomen, but it's not like menstrual cramps. Besides that, I have some slight sensitivity in my breasts, which I can't make sense of. I've never had this happen before.

I think you're a bit panicked too, but let's just hope for the best. If you're so scared right now, maybe there's another suspicion as well? I mean, it doesn't seem like the issue is solely caused by stress; there's probably more we don't know. We need to dig into the details 😅

Delay in reglin is an important issue, don't be afraid to see a doctor. It would be good if you get examined without delay.
