I'm 3 days late with my period, but the test is coming out negative and I'm scared

God, girls, I'm really losing my mind. Normally, it never goes off track, but it's been a full 3 days late this month. We did use protection with my boyfriend, but I can't help but wonder if there was a leak or something. I took an early pregnancy test this morning and it came back negative, but I still haven't got my period. Is there anyone else who's experienced something similar? Am I just stressing out too much?

Seeing a negative test in the morning and still not getting your period is really frustrating; those 3 days just seem to drag on. You're constantly wondering if there was a leak despite using protection, searching everywhere for signs.

I experienced the same thing. I had taken an early pregnancy test after 3 days, and it came out negative, but there was still no sign. Turns out, due to the fear of leakage that month, I had psychologically delayed it. I ended up getting my period a week later.
