My skin was ruined during the pandemic, will it go back to normal?

Friends, during the quarantine period, staying at home and constantly in front of the screen has seriously wrecked my face. Acne, pimples, oiliness... It's all there. Now that we are starting to go outside, what should I do to get my old skin back? Do you recommend a natural mask or should I go straight to a dermatologist?

My face was literally shining from the oil during quarantine. I also had cystic acne on my forehead and chin. After a while, I couldn't stand it anymore and went to the dermatologist. They prescribed me a cleansing gel and an antibacterial cream, and it cleared up in 3 months. I think you should see a doctor without wasting any time.

I think you can only explain it with the quarantine. Being in front of a screen all the time definitely affects you, but maybe your diet, sleep pattern, and so on are also off. I mean, if things have gotten this bad, it seems like there might be another factor involved 🙂

An obvious increase in oiliness and acne on the skin may be a sign of hormonal changes. Particularly if there is a condition like polycystic ovary syndrome, it won't just go away with a cosmetic solution. It is recommended to see a dermatologist, and hormone tests can be done if necessary.

Actually, you’re right, I really ate a lot of junk food during quarantine and I forgot to drink water. Meanwhile, I kept touching my forehead and I'm worried about whether it will leave a mark.

Go to a dermatologist directly because early intervention is very important to prevent scarring. Also, screen light affects the skin, so get a blue light protective face cream. Don't make your own mixture or anything; you don't want it to get worse 🤷‍♀️
