Rejecting that beautiful job offer abroad for my girlfriend

The opportunity of a lifetime has officially knocked on my door; I received a great job offer in Berlin. However, I am in a three-year relationship, and my boyfriend absolutely doesn’t want to come with me. I know that if I go, it will be the end of the relationship, but honestly, if I don’t go, it feels like I’ll always have that regret. Should I choose my career or love? I'm really undecided, so please give me some advice.

The Berlin offer doesn't come every day, so the relationship would somehow continue anyway, but honestly, it's a bit concerning that your partner just cut things off like that.

While sitting at home instead of taking the flight to Berlin, every time that missed opportunity comes to mind, looking at your partner and secretly imagining it would be a really exhausting process, honestly.
