Is it worth sacrificing my career for overseas opportunities?

I've been in talks with a company abroad for a while, and today I found out I got accepted. But I'm really conflicted; leaving everything behind feels logical, but at the same time, I don't want to disrupt my life here, to be honest. My family is saying not to go, and my girlfriend is saying she can't come with me. I'm really stuck in the middle. This opportunity for my career might not come again, but I'm also very afraid of being alone. What do you think, should I go or should I stay here?
