International experience greatly contributes to personal development, but it's important to understand the concerns of your family. Maybe if you provide them with details about the process, their trust will increase a bit. For example, could you discuss guarantees with the workplace?

I think you should find a way to negotiate with your family. If you can talk to the company and set up a trial period for a few months, maybe they will be convinced. That way, they can also see that you're serious.
