Even though I'm weak, I can't eat just because I still have a belly

Everyone around me says you've become too thin, enough is enough, but when I look in the mirror, I only see my belly. It feels like if I eat even a bite of bread, that spot will swell up immediately. I actually feel very hungry, but that fear overrides everything else. So, has this turned into some kind of illness for me? I don't understand, but I've really lost my appetite for food; I can't eat with the same enthusiasm as before.

I honestly think you should book an appointment with a psychiatrist right away because the situation you're describing definitely falls into the category of eating disorders. Even if you go to an internist, they will check your values and redirect you there anyway, so don't waste any time, to be honest.

The fear of immediately getting bloated after eating that one piece of bread really drives a person crazy, I swear. No matter what those around you say, focusing solely on that belly when you look in the mirror is such an exhausting process 😅

Actually, what you're seeing might be gas bloating rather than fat; it could be a condition related to your intestines. You don't need to stop eating; I think you should go see a gastroenterologist, as you might just have some kind of intolerance.
