My partner and I decided to eat healthily. We bought almond milk, frozen fruits, nuts, and stuff to make smoothies. Last night I woke up and saw that they had taken the fruits and milk and made ice cream by themselves. They ate it without telling me. I have been fighting not to touch sweets for 3 days. Do you think I should bring it up and discuss it, or should I just ignore it? It’s like a massacre of willpower.
Yeah, I think it’s just someone’s reflex when they’re hungry. Just let it go.
Can I ask you something, is this the first time? Has it ever made a sound like this before?
@soncaykaldi had eaten secret sweets while dieting before, but I hadn’t caught her, I found out later.
@aklimkaldi so when do you need to talk? it seems like it will happen again.
Guys, don’t push it, I sometimes can’t help myself with things like this either. But at least I would say share it ![]()
Isn’t it a bit exaggerated to call it a massacre of will just for this much stuff? ![]()
This is somewhat a matter of individual control. No one can pressure anyone else into going off track, but you need to talk and set boundaries. If you say it’s a joint decision, you have to support each other.
