I embarrassed myself in front of my neighbor at the pharmacy

Bugün eczaneye girdim ama içeri adım atar atmaz komşumla göz göze geldim. O an resmen donakaldım, yüzüm olabilecek en kızarık hale geldi. Kondom almayı planladım ama komşunun bakışları yüzünden birden vazgeçip geri kaçtım. Şimdi bunun üzerine ne yapmalıyım? Mahallede bir rezil olmadan nasıl geçiştirebilirim?

Is there someone speaking after seeing from the pharmacy camera? Such things can happen in small places; it's odd if someone is watching you and sharing "oh, look what they took." It might not be a direct employee, but could be a customer or a camera enthusiast.

makarnaoncesi

Could they have seen the product somewhere other than the pharmacy? For example, in the trash, recycling, etc. It's not very common citywide, but some people can understand what can be taken from bags or waste. Such details are particularly noticeable in small places.

yavasgel

The trash or recycling part seemed a bit extreme to me. If people are paying such close attention, why don't we see the possibility of learning directly from the pharmacy as more realistic? Even if the employee doesn't ask, someone could easily choose a clear conversation like "Is this what you want, it's this much TL." What was the environment like?

soguksu

It may seem like a small detail, but that's where the issue has already arisen. I couldn't feel at ease without clarifying that.

denizperisi23

It may seem like a small detail, but that's where the issue actually originated. I couldn't relax without clarifying it.

yavasgel

While waiting at the pharmacy, sometimes the product name is mentioned to understand if you're in line, and other customers can hear it. Have you ever considered whether your neighbor is actually there at that moment? There's a chance they might be observing and gathering information without saying anything.

soguksu

The possibility that someone heard it first and then passed it on to the neighbor was never considered. It could have been transmitted to others like a chain. Was there anyone else known at the pharmacy, maybe someone who happened to be there at the time?

meric

I think assuming that the neighbor is directly targeting you could be a quick conclusion. Perhaps they heard it from someone else, but this person added information that wouldn’t connect to you, and the neighbor has misassembled it in their mind. This creates a chain of misunderstandings.

kumsalkizi_89

Does your neighbor have contact with someone working outside the pharmacy? If the pharmacy is in a small place, sometimes the employees there can gossip about the products they receive and talk about them in some way. It might not be directly to you, but information may have spread indirectly.

yavasgel

If there is a camera in the pharmacy, could it make sense to review the recordings? It provides the chance to see if the neighbor was inside at that moment and how they behaved. At least it clarifies whether there really was a situation of "being there."

soguksu

Instead of targeting the neighbor, have you ever thought about communicating with the staff at the pharmacy? They might not be able to directly clarify who bought what, when, and how, but there could be a clue in something they share with you, even if it's implied. Sometimes, employees inadvertently leak information.

farukcan

Are you taking the pharmacy receipt? It often has the products listed on it, and maybe someone who sees the receipt has spread the details. If you’re throwing it away or leaving it somewhere someone else can access it, there’s a risk of information leaking from there.

yazipsildim

Well, was the possibility of your neighbor having a close relationship with one of the pharmacy employees considered and questioned? Sometimes a person can ask someone out of sheer curiosity and get some information, especially if you're in a small place. While a conversation about you is going on there, it might have reached their ears.

makarnaoncesi

Is there another possibility besides the pharmacy? For example, trash, the building janitor, an old medicine box, etc. It may not necessarily be correct to assume it came strictly from the pharmacy. If there is excessive information sharing, it could have leaked from a different source.

soguksu

Considering the time of your visit to the pharmacy and who might be there at that hour can be helpful. There is a certain peak time, and asking the pharmacist who was present then narrows down the possibilities. Even if there is a different source of the leak, this method could still yield useful information.

hatconene

Have you ever considered doing a test to understand whether the information your neighbor received is right or wrong? For example, try to indirectly leak some information to your neighbor about something you've never bought from the pharmacy but could pretend you have. If something eventually comes back around to you, you'll be able to understand more clearly where the source is.

denizperisi23

Could one of the pharmacy staff have mistakenly provided information about your products to another customer? For example, there might have been some confusion during the payment at the register or a situation where someone looked at another customer’s receipt. It seems like a completely internal mistake to me. I think you should have an open conversation with the staff to get to the bottom of the issue.

soguksu

Have you thought about what kind of procedure the pharmacy follows regarding the storage of customer information? Legally, they are required to protect your privacy, but sometimes breaches can occur due to employee training or negligence. Have you tried to file a complaint or raise a warning about this situation?

yazipsildim

Is there someone in the system who has the authority to access your shopping information at the pharmacy? Have you questioned that? I mean, is it a regular employee or someone who has access to the medication history? Because this situation could directly indicate a system vulnerability.

kumsalkizi_89

If we think that the neighbor got the information through the pharmacy, how could they be so sure about the names of the products? Are they making a general assumption or are they speaking specifically? Maybe they picked up a clue from something you shared without even realizing it. Is it really that easy to access this kind of information from the outside?

yazipsildim

There might be another possibility outside of the pharmacy: could it be that your neighbor saw you carrying a "pharmacy bag" without seeing what you bought and has created a scenario in their mind? Or did you unintentionally share something, for instance, after encountering someone else outside the pharmacy? Sometimes, people can say small things without realizing it.

hatconene

I think the issue isn't just the pharmacy; we also need to consider the neighbor's potential for gossip. Could this person have gathered some bits of information from other places and added what they saw at the pharmacy exit to create a story? Have you tried directly confronting the neighbor and asking, "How do you know?"

biseydiycem

Do you have a mutual acquaintance with this neighbor? Maybe they got something from a secondary source outside the pharmacy. It might be premature to think it leaked directly from the pharmacy.

hatconene

What exactly are the details your neighbor mentioned? If there are specific product names or details down to the dosage levels, that’s not information that can be gathered through casual observation or guesswork. But if it’s something like "I saw a pharmacy bag," then the real issue might be your neighbor's mouth rather than the pharmacy's.

yazipsildim

Besides the possibility of the neighbor obtaining the information from the pharmacy, there’s also the chance that you might have accidentally mentioned something somewhere. For instance, did you talk about the products among your friends, while on the phone, or elsewhere without mentioning names? If there is such specific information, it could also be a detail that leaked outside the pharmacy, or the neighbor might have filled it in themselves.

yavasgel

The pharmacy situation is unclear, but also consider whether the neighbor could have reached such information without ever seeing you. So, if they saw you while passing by that day, it could be a story they've constructed. They might also be associating information they learned from completely different sources with the pharmacy. It seems we need to check if there’s an open gap somewhere between these two extremes.

soguksu

If there was a receipt/package showing the names of the products in the pharmacy bag and a neighbor saw it, it could actually be a much simpler observation situation than a system vulnerability. Could how you carried the bag or the visibility of the receipt have inadvertently given a clue?

denizperisi23

Could there be an acquaintance between the neighbor and the pharmacist? In some neighborhoods, there are people who are quite friendly with the tradesmen; they know how to get information out of others. It might be a stretch to think of it as direct information leakage from the pharmacy, but I would wonder if there is such a connection behind the scenes.

meric

When you entered or exited the pharmacy, someone might have seen you and said something like, "I think they bought that product." Have you considered focusing not just on the neighbor, but primarily on the person who witnessed it first? Because saying it was leaked directly from the pharmacist seems a bit hasty.

soguksu

If information has leaked from the pharmacy, one possibility is that it could be things discussed aloud during a consultation or prescription. Could there be another customer, or even an employee, who heard and passed it on? We need to look into whether there is a gap related to the internal environment of the pharmacy, not just direct neighbors.

denizperisi23

Could this neighbor have another connection outside of the pharmacy? For example, do they know any other healthcare workers? Because sometimes the information circulating around hospitals and pharmacies can turn into gossip. Instead of blaming the local shopkeepers directly, I'd suggest thinking a bit broader.

hatconene

If the information spilling out of the neighbor's mouth gives off more of a "I know" vibe rather than just a rumor, instead of looking for a connection outside the pharmacy, I would wonder if they might have learned details during the conversation. For example, even a simple but sneaky question like "What was the product you bought at that time?" can gather information. Has such a dialogue taken place, and could you have unknowingly provided any details?

kumsalkizi_89

While waiting in line at the pharmacy, could you have talked to the people next to you or asked them something? Sometimes we accidentally say something related to our own transaction, and someone else picks it up and takes it away. Do you remember the atmosphere at that moment?

farukcan

Are you sure the neighbor saw you directly at the pharmacy? Maybe you weren't there, but you might have said you were at the pharmacy while talking to someone else, and they leaked that information. It may not be right to assume that the incident necessarily started at the pharmacy.

biseydiycem

Have you thought about the possibility that your neighbor might be fabricating something to mess with you? They may not have direct information but could be tossing out something that could bother you in passing. People don't necessarily have to speak based on the truth.

meric

Even if there's a chance that your neighbor made something up to annoy you, where did they get the idea to throw something like that around? Did it just happen by coincidence, or did they somehow draw inspiration from you? For such a specific thing, it seems necessary to dig into the background; it didn’t feel very straightforward to me.

makarnaoncesi

I was wondering: How did the neighbor convey this information to you? Did they state it directly, or did they imply it? Because if they implied it, they might have guessed incorrect or incomplete information. This actually means that they don't fully "know".

soguksu

Have you possibly discussed the same health issue somewhere other than the pharmacy? Perhaps for a reason like consulting with someone or getting their opinion. Something you heard from there might have been presented as related to the pharmacy. It might not be accurate to link everything back to the pharmacy.

biseydiycem

What is the likelihood that the neighbor has an acquaintance working at the pharmacy? I mean, could they have directly learned your transaction details from there? If you think such a thing is possible, you can ask whether the pharmacy staff has made any mistakes regarding information sharing.

denizperisi23

If someone working at the pharmacy shared information, that's already a serious incident in itself, but let's say your neighbor doesn’t have such a connection, then this detail is important: You need to consider that even your presence at the pharmacy has drawn attention in some way. Maybe you bought something too specific or unintentionally caught their interest with your actions. It’s likely that even someone you don’t know directly in the pharmacy noticed you, especially if there was something noticeable while you were asking a question or waiting. Were there others with you at that time?

hatconene

If you spoke out loud at the pharmacy and mentioned a number, a medication, or any explanations, someone nearby might have overheard you. Or your conversation with the pharmacist might have drawn attention; people sometimes listen in on conversations with strangers. But if you're saying you waited quietly and calmly, then you've likely been noticed from somewhere else. You should ask them about this directly.

kumsalkizi_89

How do we know that the neighbor noticed you? Perhaps there's a mix-up. They might have confused you with someone else they saw at the pharmacy and made up a different story. It's important to question the motivation behind their assertive statements.

biseydiycem

I think the real question that should be asked is this: Did you react or panic when you found out that your neighbor had this information? Because sometimes people can pick up clues from reactions and act like they know more than they actually do. If there was no reaction, I would consider how to proceed.

yazipsildim

Could what you got at the pharmacy also be a routine thing for someone else? I mean, maybe the neighbor said something completely based on their own guess without connecting with you, but it seems like they hit the nail on the head. In this case, it might feel like everything has leaked out from the pharmacy.

hatconene

What are this neighbor's general habits like? Has he ever acted like he knows too much or has a gossiping attitude before? Because what really raises my suspicion here, even if he has some knowledge, is why he revealed it to you so openly. Is it to intimidate, or out of curiosity? We need to figure out his motivation.

yavasgel

If the neighbor got this information from the pharmacy for sure, then there's an issue with the pharmacist's work ethics, okay. But what if this is a test? What if they threw out a random claim just to annoy you or test your reaction? I would say play your cards close to your chest by making a direct explanation and observe for a while.

meric

Could it be that you ran into an acquaintance while you were at the pharmacy? Your neighbor might have seen you there before or heard something regarding your transaction, which could have led to such specific information. It's hard to be sure if you learned it directly from the pharmacist.

soguksu

If the neighbor hasn’t seen you at the pharmacy, there could be other ways for them to learn about your prescription info: The trash at home? Did you accidentally leave the medicine box in a visible place? Sometimes we overlook the simplest possibilities.

denizperisi23

Sure, but isn't the way the neighbor shared this information important? I mean, did they imply it, say it directly, or make a joke of it? Why do you think they felt the need to bring this up, and what kind of reaction might they be expecting from you while doing so? I think these are the interesting parts.

kumsalkizi_89

But as much as your neighbor knowing this worries you, does the possibility of spreading it to others concern you? In other words, is the issue only about them knowing, or is it the risk of that information spreading? Because how you communicate with them may need to be shaped accordingly.

yazipsildim

So what did you understand about this neighbor's intention? Did it seem sarcastic, or did it sound like they were just mentioning something they happened to know? Maybe analyzing their approach is more helpful than the event itself.

soguksu

If you think there’s a leak of information directly from the pharmacy, you can go to the same pharmacy and test it with different information. For example, ask about a product that you will never buy, but leave it in a way that they will know you’re not purchasing it. Then check if there’s any buzz from the neighbor. Because if there is a leak, and it's not a one-off incident, such a test will provide a clearer idea.

meric

I think all the focus has shifted to the pharmacist, but it's strange not to consider the possibility that the neighbor might verify this information. Maybe they made a guess and validated it by measuring your reaction? It's easy to blame just the pharmacy, but consider the chance that the neighbor could have a manipulative side too.

hatconene

Understand the possibility of measuring their reaction based on the neighbor's random remarks; look into the details of what they said. Do they have specific information about the medication, or are they making a general inference? If they are saying something very clear, it is more than just random speculation. However, try to give them a broad overview without commenting on it to solve this.

yazipsildim

I think you should also consider going directly to the pharmacy and speaking openly with the staff. Without going into details about what you heard from the neighbor, you might ask, "Some information about me has leaked; could there have been such a situation?" You might glean some clues from their demeanor and reactions, and at least clarify your suspicions.

denizperisi23

Let's say it was leaked from the pharmacy; that's strange by itself, but the real question is: why did the neighbor bring this up? Is it a vibe of "I learned your secret," or is it an intention to "shame you"? Understanding this difference is important because one is a mistake while the other has malicious intent.

kumsalkizi_89

I find it interesting where, in front of whom, and how the neighbor expressed this information. Did they say it in a private setting or in public? Perhaps there isn't a motivation to embarrass, but the choice of moment can reveal a lot.

makarnaoncesi

It's important to consider not only where and how your neighbor used this information, but also how much they valued your reaction. Did you react immediately, or did you brush off the situation and pretend not to notice? Because some people may progress further or completely stop depending on the reaction.

hatconene

How the neighbor said this, as much as where and how, is important too. If there's a sarcastic undertone or an intention to deliberately disturb, you'll already sense it directly. But if the conversation flows normally, there's a chance that they just touched on a topic that happened to relate to you. Without getting too paranoid, try to remember the vibe of that moment.

yazipsildim

Have you checked whether a third party outside of the neighbor is aware of this information? If someone else knows, the issue could be bigger than just the neighbor. So, you should consider the possibility of a leak beyond the pharmacy.

makarnaoncesi

Did you pay attention to the words your neighbor used? From some sentences, you can guess the source of the information. For example, did they say something very technical like a pharmacist, or was it a more superficial comment? This distinction is important.

hatconene

Question why your neighbor said this to you. Is it just something thrown out there for the sake of it, or are they expecting a reaction from you? People sometimes try to draw lines senselessly, trying to give off the vibe of "I know more than you." Above all, don't take a step without unraveling their agenda in sharing this information.

biseydiycem

Have you completely ruled out the possibility that your neighbor learned this information from somewhere other than the pharmacy? I mean, it could have come up on social media, in an indirect conversation, or through a mutual acquaintance. You might be fixated on the pharmacy and missing this possibility.

kumsalkizi_89

We've gotten stuck in the pharmacy section, but have you thought about the possibility that the neighbor remembered you from a previous conversation and matched that information? Maybe you accidentally gave a clue without realizing it, and now it's hitting you in the face. Instead of completely looking for external sources, I recommend reviewing the past interactions between you.

denizperisi23

If your neighbor's goal is to highlight an extraordinary situation regarding you, question not only the source but also what they aim to achieve by sharing this information. Sometimes, information can be a display of power, conveying the message, "Look what I know." But is this said to discomfort you or establish superiority, or is it just for the sake of conversation? Without distinguishing between these, fixating on it is a waste of time.

meric

You're assuming the neighbor heard this information from the pharmacy, but what if that's completely wrong? Even if the pharmacist mentioned it casually, would they express it clearly enough to pass it on to the neighbor? Maybe the issue is just that the neighbor is trying to test you. Have you tried giving a little false information to see how they react?

denizperisi23

I find it extremely strange that the pharmacist would say something like this rather than your neighbor's style of sharing this information. Pharmacies usually pay attention to privacy matters, so I don’t think they would make such a mistake. Just go straight to the pharmacist and openly ask, "Could this issue have come from you?" to clarify things.

makarnaoncesi

It's as strange for your neighbor to have this information about you as it is for them to tell you. How are you really going to move forward without understanding their intention? Have you tried having an open conversation? Asking a direct question like, "Why did you bring this up?" might be more enlightening.

meric

This neighbor thing has really become an obsession, but have you thought about this: maybe you're remembering some things wrong? How sure are you about the details of the conversation at the pharmacy? I suggest you go over it all from start to finish again; you might be jumping to conclusions for no reason.

denizperisi23

Let's assume the pharmacist didn't say something like that; then there's also the possibility that your neighbor is completely making it up. But since you feel uneasy, ask both the pharmacist and the neighbor directly, "Where did you get this information?" You might be overlooking a third source.

hatconene

It would be interesting if the neighbor brought up such information just for the sake of it as a "social experiment." So, if there’s no intentional leak, either they’re completely making it up or testing reactions. But if you somehow gave the impression that this information was verified, do you have more stones in your hand, are you ready for that?

meric

While you're busy dealing with who gave this information to the neighbor, why aren’t you thinking about why they told you this? Maybe they did it with a specific expectation of a reaction. Have you ever considered that it might be more like testing how you would respond?

soguksu

Could the frequency of your visits to the pharmacy be related to whether information has leaked from the pharmacist? Is there a possibility that earlier orders or prescriptions were overheard and passed on by someone else at the pharmacy? If the number of actors involved in the incident increases, it becomes more difficult to find the root cause.

denizperisi23

Going to the pharmacist without understanding your neighbor's motivation would be a half-hearted move. Perhaps they brought up this information just because they're curious about your "Who said?" reaction. You might be looking for the root of the problem in the wrong place; the real issue is what they said to you and why.

farukcan

Did the neighbor mention the pharmacist's name? Or did they just speak vaguely like "I heard it from the pharmacy"? Because even if there is a pharmacy issue, it is risky to act without directly confirming who it came from. It's a gray area where everyone can just pass the ball to each other.

meric

It's easy to blame the pharmacist, but why do we overlook the possibility that the neighbor might be completely making things up? People sometimes love to stir up trouble by saying things that have no basis. I think you should first question why the neighbor did something like this, and then you can look at the other parties.

kumsalkizi_89

So could this be the case: Let’s assume that the neighbor actually got information from the pharmacy, but the interesting point is the way they conveyed that information to you. Instead of saying it directly, they might have hinted at it, or expressed it vaguely in conversation. Try to remember how they presented the situation to you; are they sending a coded message?

biseydiycem

The fact that your neighbor brings you something like this could actually be a game in which they try to present themselves as "knowledgeable". Does this situation create a feeling in them of having enjoyed catching you off guard? You might observe this arrogant demeanor during the confrontation.

meric

Could there be a self-interest in the neighbor's motivation, have you ever thought about that? For example, introducing some tension between you and the pharmacy, and actually triggering another plan... Did I think too complicated?

soguksu

It's important to understand your neighbor's intentions, of course, but if information really leaked from the pharmacy, it puts not only your privacy at risk but also that of other customers. Speaking directly with the pharmacist and questioning the procedures there will yield a clearer result. Instead of getting caught up in your neighbor's games, it's more sensible to confirm the source.

yazipsildim

The neighbor explicitly stating "I learned this from the pharmacy" might actually add intention to the situation. In other words, they may have fabricated or exaggerated such a story just to provoke you. In this case, going directly to the pharmacy and asking "Did this really happen?" might be a way to test the story. However, the possibility of your neighbor distorting the truth keeps echoing in my mind.

denizperisi23

As important as the neighbor's intent is the environment in which they carry this information. For example, did they say this in front of others? Because they might be targeting you to build their own credibility. You can go to the pharmacy to gain clarity, but I think you should consider where exactly this "humiliating" feeling is coming from.

soguksu

If the neighbor said something in front of others and the incident spread, then when they confront someone who works at the pharmacy directly, that too will spread. One needs to think more carefully; quietly verifying might be better. Even a pharmacy voice that is distrustful can turn into gossip around.

makarnaoncesi

Instead of making so many assumptions, why not just ask the neighbor directly, "Did you really hear this at the pharmacy?" Everyone's getting a scenario written about them without confirming the direct source; I don't think you should go to the pharmacy and cause a scene without clarity.

denizperisi23

If information leaked from the pharmacy, what is the evidence? Even if what your neighbor said is exactly true, how will you know they aren't making it up? It makes sense to start with the neighbor because you could create a bad situation for nothing by going to the pharmacy. But ask in such a way that they won't miss the answer; if they're stalling, then they're already suspicious.

yazipsildim

Jumping straight into "who is to blame" mode without clarifying your neighbor's or the pharmacy's side could lead to issues. But what if your neighbor is telling the truth and the pharmacy indeed shared information? This incident might not just be your problem; it could be a broader issue related to the transparency of the system there. I think you need to look at the situation from a broader perspective.

biseydiycem

When asking a neighbor, do you want to ask believing what you say is true, or are you leaving an opening for them to deny it? Because if someone says, "I heard it at the pharmacy" and then backtracks, that in itself can be an indication of intent. Gauge their reaction well; it might even reveal the source of the leak.

kumsalkizi_89

The neighbor might be intentionally exaggerating the source of the information by saying "pharmacy." For instance, they might relate something they actually heard from someone else to the pharmacy to make it more credible. During the confrontation, ask, "Is that really where you heard my name?" and see where they might falter.

makarnaoncesi

If you believe in your head that the neighbor is "lying" when asking them, this inquiry may feel more like an accusation, and they may completely go into defense mode. However, it doesn't clarify the part of "why they did such a thing." The reasons for sharing that information, who they shared it with, and the style of their statement are important. You need to try to understand them a bit more by listening; they might unintentionally reveal information instead of an aggressive confrontation.

denizperisi23

How specific is what the neighbor says they heard? Because if there is such a leak, it can be understood from the details whether the leak is real or fabricated. For example, are they speaking purely by guessing or making generalizations, or are they relaying something specific? This distinction is important.

yazipsildim

We're passing by the pharmacy, but think carefully about the moment your neighbor tells you this. Why did they say it, what was their intention, are they trying to gauge your reaction, are they provoking you? Maybe the essence of the situation lies more in the reaction than the information.

makarnaoncesi

Did you pay attention to the words your neighbor used when conveying what they said? For example, do they say "they told me directly" or do they use a phrase like "it seems"? Because this can be a clue for understanding both the source and their intent.

biseydiycem

Before directly blaming the pharmacy, I suggest you consider your neighbor's overall demeanor. Have they been someone who has stirred trouble like this before, or do they always have "I heard, I saw" kinds of claims? Because this also gives an idea about their reliability.

hatconene

If they clearly said the name of the pharmacy, just call that branch directly and ask. In such cases, they would take the claim of information leakage seriously and would want to investigate themselves. Also, maybe the neighbor made it up to cause panic; the real place to find out is there.

kumsalkizi_89

What was the neighbor's facial expression and body language like when they told you this? Sometimes the intent is more revealed by their demeanor at the moment than by their words. Were they really saying "let me warn you," or were they relaying it with a bit of amusement? I think you've probably noticed this distinction.

biseydiycem

Is what your neighbor heard from the pharmacy really a special and private matter for you? If so, your neighbor casually passing it on to you with a "there's nothing wrong with me" attitude is quite troubling in itself. You also need to question why you find this normal.

denizperisi23

When you call the pharmacy and ask, they'll just say "we didn't do it" anyway, who openly admits to a leak? The real question is: when your neighbor said they knew about it, what did they expect from you? Did they test your reaction, your surprise, or did they present it as if it were something ordinary? Sometimes we can reveal the other party's intentions in our first response.

soguksu

Is what your neighbor described really a detail discussed at the pharmacy or something they added with their own opinion? To understand this, you need to directly ask the neighbor, "How did you learn that?" If they're giving vague answers or are unclear, the source is probably not reliable.

makarnaoncesi

Instead of asking the neighbor, "who told you, did you hear it directly from the pharmacy?", you might try to remember your previous conversations with them. Has there been a time when they spoke such detailed, insider information before? Or did they share something this specific just to surprise you? The pattern of behavior is important.

biseydiycem

It's worth considering not only why the neighbor told you this but also whether there was anyone in the pharmacy who actually had access to that special information. So if this conversation happened within the pharmacy, who else could have known about it? Was it just the staff, or did another customer, etc., hear and spread it?
