I once had the same thing happen in front of the grocery store, I was buying medicine but people started coming up with their own stories in their heads. I couldn’t even explain; my family heard it and all. It’s a terrible feeling, I understand.

@kahvebitmeden Not constantly, but every now and then we chat in the garden or something, these kinds of things spread quickly around the neighborhood, that’s why I’m worried.
But I don’t think this falls into the list of your offenses. Why do people interfere with what someone else has taken? Also, stand by it, what’s going to happen?
It’s perfectly normal to get a test from the pharmacy. People are focused on their own lives anyway, and your neighbor might have misunderstood or thought of something else. They might not even realize it’s a pregnancy test.

I experienced a similar situation, not a test but I heard the gossip the next day while taking migraine medication. Apparently, I’ve been having migraines all the time! People’s mouths aren’t bags, you know.
