So guys, I’m three months pregnant, and ever since my boss found out, I’ve been experiencing real harassment. Today, he called me to his office and said my performance has dropped and that I should resign voluntarily so they can give me my severance pay, but I don’t trust him. Honestly, I have no idea how to assert my rights. Is there anyone here who has gone through something like this? What should I do? What do you recommend?
Honestly, the pressure of performance on top of the fatigue from the three-month period is just draining. It’s really tough when your boss calls you into the office and tells you to leave while you’re trying to work with your stomach in knots 
Just don’t sign saying that you’re resigning of your own volition, otherwise they won’t pay you the severance, to be honest. Just call the alo 170 hotline to report mobbing so you have the right to file for reinstatement.
