I said no, my girlfriend went into a mood

My girlfriend wants to try some things, but honestly, I don't. I've said it several times, but sometimes she really gets moody. How should I behave in this situation? Is it normal for things like this to happen?

Honestly, sometimes guys think it's normal to insist on something you don't want, because in their eyes, trying it out isn't a big deal. But if you don't want to, you need to be clear about it. It's not nice for him to manipulate you by throwing a fit; I think you shouldn't give in on this.

In such cases, it's crucial to be clear about your boundaries and consent. Whether it's typical relationship incompatibility or manipulation, you can see that better than anyone, but forcing something you don’t want is definitely not normal. This is something that both parties need to put in equal effort; one side shouldn't have to make sacrifices alone.

But does a trip-up necessarily show that they are trying to manipulate you? Perhaps your unwillingness to try is disappointing them, and they can't express it? How many times have you talked about this openly; could you have cut it short to avoid prolonging the issue?

I wanted to give an update, and I should point this out as well. The issue isn't really that big, but I have some boundaries, and I made it very clear to him. Still, he acts like he doesn't understand. So, when I say 'trip', I really mean sulking, and it just doesn't seem normal to me 😂

And your beloved, whom you call love, should be a bit understanding. After all, if you were able to do whatever you wanted, there wouldn't be any order left in the household. What if I said that someone is putting this kind of pressure on you in your family or social circle, have you ever thought about it? Then why are divorce rates rising?
