I learned that my tenant has signed the contract with someone else for no reason. I am the owner of the house and this situation is creating problems for me. I’m not considering going to court, but what steps can I take? Is there anything that can protect me or what should I do?
I’ve had something like this happen to me too, it’s a move that’s open to fraud. I can’t describe the fear I experienced. I think you should seriously talk to this person.
but why did they choose this person? I mean, where did that signer come from, are they related to the tenant or something? ![]()
@uykuarasi has used a relative, they don’t live in the same house but there’s no power of attorney or anything ![]()
@aklimkaldi then there shouldn’t be anything binding you. I believe the contract is considered invalid, but why don’t you just talk directly?
A contract with someone who doesn’t have a legal signature is invalid. However, you can’t get anywhere without sending a notice from a notary; ultimately, they’re still stuck at home. The place to resolve this is the court.
Come on, how can they be so sneaky?
