I have a friend who buys everything branded and very expensive, whereas I usually find perfectly clean things in my closet and get them for cheap. I bought a bag recently that she really liked, but when she found out it was second-hand, her face literally wrinkled up. I mean, why would I pay five times more for something just because it came from a store? Honestly, it seems really ridiculous to me. Do you think I’m stingy, or is she overreacting?
I went through the same thing; when my friend saw the sweater I took from the closet, they treated me like I had lice. Plus, when you pay five times that amount for a bag, you really get nothing in return, so whatever 
I swear, you’re exaggerating. Why would you spend five times more money on the same thing for no reason? Next time, don’t even mention that you got it from the closet; just let them think you bought it from the store and be jealous.
