Patron has recently started behaving quite closely at work. When he leans over my desk to talk, he gets too close, and it makes me really uncomfortable. Even when he jokes, it feels like he is invading my personal space. I’ve tried to politely create some distance, but it seems he doesn’t get it. What can I do, what course of action should I take?
