7To be honest, I don’t really trust natural methods like that. You can’t relax from anxiety, and the relationship doesn’t even become enjoyable. I think you should use some reliable protection so both of you can feel at ease.
How serious is what you call a calculation based on the calendar? For example, is what they looked at something like ovulation, or did they just throw something out based on a simple application?

@karanfilkokusu I think you’re overdoing it. Everyone lives according to the calendar like this, and if the menstrual cycle is regular, it can be quite logical 
Cycle-based calculations are definitely not a reliable method of protection. Ovulation days can vary from person to person, and factors such as stress and illness can shift the cycle. The safest option is to use an additional method.
