My girlfriend came up with a really strange suggestion while we were talking about this. She said something like, âThe womanâs body adjusts itself in a natural process.â I didnât quite understand what she meant, but it sounded like a classic urban legend. Honestly, Iâm not keen on continuing without protection. But on the other hand, she spoke so casually that I started to wonder if I was being too fussy. What should be done in such a situation?
Well, my ex used to talk like that too, saying stuff like âthe body protects itself anywayâ and so on. Then we noticed I had cysts. I think they should go see a doctor to get proper information.
How did he explain this ânatural processâ? I mean, is there any logic to it, according to what he said?
@soncaykaldi said this, âevery woman is already designed to conceive during her menstrual cycle; the body adjusts for that.â It sounded a bit strange, but that was the response.
@camkenari come on! It has nothing to do with science and it puts you at risk directly; I donât understand how anyone can defend this.
The headline is pretty funny, but to talk about ânatural processesâ and skip over protection is concerning if theyâre being serious.
I would never accept such a proposal.
this is completely an urban legend. maybe tracking the ovulation cycle scientifically, but even that is not 100% reliable. donât trust anything without talking to a doctor.
@aklimkaldi the regulation cycle theory is so old, itâs like a joke. I think they call it the âcalendar methodâ, but itâs definitely not something reliable. Itâs normal that youâre not at ease.
