Phone storage habit

Lately, my boyfriend’s attitude towards his phone has changed a lot. He keeps changing his password, and even when he picks it up to type something, he acts strangely next to me. If I ask him openly, he reacts aggressively. Do you think this could be a sign of something, or am I just being paranoid?

There’s definitely something going on here. It’s not normal for them to keep changing the password, especially if they’re making strange movements while writing it down. I had a similar experience, and in the end, something else came to light. Don’t stay too quiet, ask directly.

If you don’t want to talk directly, observe their behavior and gradually approach with a few logical questions. For example, ask why they distanced themselves while writing or casually bring up the password change at an inappropriate moment. But do it in a way that doesn’t raise suspicion, and speak naturally.

Honestly, could your attitudes be pushing him to act like this? Think about it. Maybe you’re being controlling without even realizing it. Not every guy changing his password or messing with his phone is necessarily a bad sign :woman_facepalming:

These types of privacy issues may generally arise from a lack of communication between couples. It’s important to establish healthy boundaries; you could try starting a conversation about why they might be feeling this way. If necessary, you might consider consulting a couples therapist.

Let me add this, such things have increased in the last 1-2 months. Recently, when a notification comes to their phone, they immediately turn it off, which didn’t happen before. I’m not doing anything, but these actions inevitably catch my attention :woman_facepalming:

If there are such trust issues in a relationship, then marriage is going to be difficult, no matter what. In the past, people trusted each other more; if there was something hidden, it would be talked about right away. Now, because of phones, everyone is suspicious.

There’s no need to make such a big deal about the phone conversation. Maybe they need more personal space or are thinking about the possibility of you misunderstanding an unnecessary message. This doesn’t necessarily mean direct cheating; I would suggest giving it a little time.
