I think my mental health is suffering from counting calories now

I literally sat down and cried today because I only ate one biscuit; I can’t seem to go outside without counting the calories of everything. When I go out with my friends, I only drink water, but when I get home, I’m so hungry that I feel faint; honestly, I feel really bad. Do you think this situation is normal, or should I really see a specialist? Is anyone else dealing with this?

If you’re crying over a biscuit, things have really gotten serious, I swear. You should definitely make an appointment with a psychiatrist without wasting any time; starting therapy is a must.

Doesn’t it attract a lot of attention when you go somewhere with your friends and only drink water? Doesn’t anyone say anything? And when you get home and you’re so hungry that you lose your mind, do you lose control?
