I've had enough of the kilo wave

I’ve been arguing with my family a lot lately about my weight. Every time they say, “If you lost some weight, you’d look better,” and it really puts me in a bad mood. I’m trying to lose weight, but I feel insufficient. I don’t know what I should do to get out of this situation.

my mom’s comment was pretty silly, huh

I had the same situation, I got so fed up with all the snide remarks that I even lost my appetite for a while. I went to my own doctor, and they supported me during my weight loss process and also helped to ease my mind.

Why are you so focused on Ailen, is there a health issue or something?

@yazipsildim I have no health problems, they only say that because of aesthetic concerns. But I feel very uncomfortable as well.

Actually, we have to give them a little credit. After all, you are still in the same environment as them and being in the spotlight constantly makes it normal to have conversations.

Discussions around kilos are generally uninformed. You could consult a dietitian to receive support on both physical and psychological aspects. This way, your process will progress healthily.

This topic is very classic. No one has the right to make fun of someone’s clothes or weight, but our people just can’t seem to learn.
