I was shocked when I saw it in the mirror; I never wanted it to be this yellow. Should I fix this hair or try to wash out the dye, what should I do? Does the hairdresser charge for a mistake like this, does anyone know?
Well, it happened to me too; I clearly said that I didn’t want it, but they did what they wanted anyway. Then I went to another hairdresser for a tone adjustment, and it turned out much better

@soncaykaldi I actually didn’t give my money, they said ‘you’ll like it a little more once you get used to it’ and so on, but I also said that I was unhappy.

Dark-toned dye can be applied to instantly correct the hair, but very soon, the damage from reapplying chemicals will occur. For a while, it’s better to recover with hair masks and then tone the hair.

I think the hairdresser did it on purpose. Platinum costs more, so even if you didn’t want it, it feels like they sold it to you.
