The hairdresser seriously ruined my hair! What should I do?

Recently, I just asked for a trim on the ends, but the hairdresser almost cut it to my shoulders; I was totally shocked! I don’t even want to go outside anymore. I’m thinking of applying extra vitamin oil or something, but I guess it will be a test of patience for it to grow back. Have you experienced something like this? How did you cope? Or should I just accept it as it is?

Girl, it’s classic for hairdressers to say they’ll just take the ends off and end up cutting half your hair! If it were my daughter, I wouldn’t even let her pass in front of that hair salon again. Putting vitamin oil is good, but also change your shampoo, and I think you should do a natural oil mask once a week.

This incident literally happened to me last summer! I also unintentionally got my hair cut to shoulder length. At first, I cried, but then I thought about it, and once I got used to the look of short hair, it actually brings some confidence. Now I realize it’s not bad at all.

But I don’t understand, just because you said to take it off the ends, does that mean it will never be cut? Maybe your hair was extremely damaged, and there were ends that wouldn’t grow. Everyone blames the hairdresser, but let’s also take a look at ourselves.

Sudden hair length changes can sometimes affect self-confidence, and that’s normal, but healthy blood circulation is essential for hair growth. You can massage your scalp twice a week, which boosts blood flow. Additionally, supplements like biotin or zinc may help, but make sure to consult a doctor beforehand.

Thanks everyone, I’m still honestly feeling weird about myself in the mirror. I don’t think it really suited my style either, it used to be easier to style. But if I can’t get used to it after a couple of weeks, I’ll think about something else.

Okay, but I have to say something: those who say ‘I think it looks good, but the old version was more beautiful’ are seriously harmful! They ruin your enthusiasm instead of supporting you. I think you shouldn’t listen to those people; they’re really annoying
