I went in and just told them to take from the ends. The hairdresser initially said okay, but then took the scissors and just started cutting, it was like they chopped it off completely. I was shocked when long strands fell to the floor. I wanted to argue, but there were other customers around, and I felt very embarrassed. I left the shop wearing a hat. What can I do now, should I file a complaint? Or do you think this is entirely my lack of expression?
