Things had been going well with my girlfriend for a while, but last night I noticed she liked a post from her ex on Instagram. Whatâs more, the photo was an old picture of the two of them together. When I saw this, my world literally shattered. Should I talk to her or wait to see how she explains it? Could she still have feelings for him?
I wouldnât believe the story that she âaccidentallyâ put up. You donât leave a heart on a photo with your ex, right? 
Sure, but why are you wasting time getting worked up about this alone? Go talk to the guy and ask him what the story is.
Where did you notice this? Are you doing regular stalking or did it just happen to come up somehow? 
I noticed while scrolling through @iki_dakikaâs stories that it just popped up in front of me as if placed there intentionally. But this isnât the first time, actually; they had liked one of my photos before.
The ex-boyfriend situation aside, if he has done this before and you stayed silent, it seems like the guy has no limits. If you continue knowing this, it feels like thereâs nothing left to do.
If weâre being honest, this situation might cause issues regarding the individualâs boundaries and transparency in the relationship. Ask for an explanation, but do so without a blaming tone. Of course, their story may not make sense, thatâs a different matter
I saw someone accidentally liking something, but I didnât hear about anyone accidentally sending a heart in their story. Isnât that a bit too much goodwill? 
@benbisorayim I think this much fine-tuning is excessive. The guy either isnât concerned at all or heâs in the mindset of âI follow the old ways, nobody can interfere.â Both will cause issues in the long run. 
I wouldnât have expected that from you. Anyway, you know better.
