Woke up at night hungry and ate a calorie bomb

Suddenly in the early morning, I got really hungry and attacked the snacks at home. Now, the next day, I feel bad; especially since I was trying to diet, it’s bothering me that I overindulged like this. Do you think late-night snacking is always bad? Or are there ways to keep it under control?

I think it’s always bad :upside_down_face:

Sometimes I feel hungry at night too; I manage with yogurt and a few walnuts. I usually get through it without overdoing it.

So how is the diet normally? You might have cut down to very low calories in recent days?

@yazipsildim, you might be right, I’ve really cut back on calories lately. Maybe that’s why

But if you keep saying “I’ll never do it again” and then do it again, the problem might be with your willpower. It’s easy to blame the diet :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

The nighttime eating urge is usually caused by low blood sugar or stress. If it occurs frequently, you should consult a dietitian to review your eating habits.
