Honestly, whenever I argue with someone or feel down at work, I find myself immediately grabbing something to snack on. It’s like I think the food I’m eating at that moment will solve all my problems, but then I end up feeling more upset and regretful. Is there anyone among you who has overcome this emotional eating issue, or am I going to continue like this for life? I really have a weird bond with food.
